No cancellations will be accepted after an order has been shipped. If you have any issues or concerns about your order, contact our customer support team and we will be happy to assist you!

Most orders are processed same-day, with the exception of weekends. To be safe, please allow 1-2 business days of processing time for orders to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you’ve ordered, or communicated via email. The same processing time applies to store pickup orders.

We use Express Post shipping for all orders, which is typically next day or two day delivery Canada-wide. Standard shipping for the Kootenay Boundary area usually takes from 1-2 business days from time of pick up, parcels going further than BC may take longer. We are currently unable to offer specific delivery estimates due to delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
